【公告】111學年度第2學期大學部課程加簽流程說明 Course Enrollment Announcement (Undergraduate)

同學好:

有關本中心開設之大學部課程,02.09(四)至02.20(一)受理申請加簽,逾期請自行進入系統亂數。

加簽申請結果將於02.24(五)前另信通知。

111-2加退選期間:02.09-03.01

 

共同必修英文說明(初級英文二、中級英文二、中高級英文二、中高級英文三):

  1. 加退選期間,修課人數隨時都可能會有變動,建議同學繼續參加亂數選課。

  2. 大二以上學生,若因所屬年級系定必修課衝堂原因只限某些時段可修習,亦可於02.09加退選開始
      後,email向本中心提出專案加簽申請,第一週請先上課。

       若經中心查詢學生課表,發現仍有其餘空堂時間可修課,將會請同學繼續參加亂數選課。

 email請檢附學號系所姓名手機欲加簽課程科號/課名/教師以及已選上課表(截圖)

Course Enrollment Announcement (Undergraduate)

The request for general English course enrollment will be accepted starting from 2023.02.09-2023.02.20.

Students who would like to apply for course enrollment, please make sure to read through the following notifications:

 

[Compulsory courses]

Compulsory courses include:

Elementary English II, Intermediate English II, Upper-Intermediate English II, Upper-Intermediate English III

 

  • Beside applying for extra enrollment, students are highly recommended to select the course through the online system at the same time during the Add-or-Drop Selection period.
  • Students other than freshmen are allowed to apply for course enrollment if you only have limited course choices due to the overlapping time with the compulsory course of your own department. Please take the first week of classes and submit your application by email.
  • To apply for course enrollment, please make sure to include the following information in your email:
  1.   Your name, student ID number and department
  2.   Your phone number
  3.   The course code, title, and the instructor’s name of the course you would like to enroll
  4.   A screenshot of your temporary course schedule which includes all the courses you had successfully enrolled so far.

 

 

[Elective English Courses]

  • Students are highly recommended to select the course through the online system at the same time during the Add-or-Drop Selection period.
  • If you only have limited course choices due to the overlapping time with the compulsory course of your own department, please take the first week of classes and submit your application by email.
  • To apply for course enrollment, please make sure to include the following information in your email:
  1.   Your name, student ID number and department
  2.   Your phone number
  3.   The course code, title, and the instructor’s name of the course you would like to enroll
  4.   A screenshot of your temporary course schedule which includes all the courses you had successfully enrolled so far.

  • Students will be asked to select the course through the online system if you still have extra time to choose other English courses based on the provided information in the application.
